inn-1.7をコンパイルしてみました。
コンパイルは以下の環境で行いました。

NWS-5000X
NEWS-OS Release 6.1.2
NEWS-C Release 1.010
GNU make 3.75
GNU sed 2.05

ftp://skyline.meis.sony.co.jp/pub/Network/inn/config.data-1.7-newsos-6.1.2
をinn-1.7/config/config.dataとして置き、以下のパッチを当て、

% cd inn-1.7
% make world

でOKです。
